Nooria Akbar Pettersen joined OPX Partners as a Manager in 2025 and is part of the growing team in Oslo. With a background in management consulting and a strong focus on both people and impact, she brings a valuable combination of experience and energy to OPX Partners’ continued expansion in Norway.
Before joining OPX, Nooria spent four years at McKinsey & Company, working across a broad range of industries and topics. Her experience includes strategy and transformation projects with a focus on delivering tangible results in complex environments. Prior to her consulting career, she worked in recruitment at McKinsey—an area she looks forward to contributing to as OPX builds its presence in Oslo.
At OPX Partners, Nooria plays a key role in client engagements while actively contributing to the development of the Oslo office. Her collaborative mindset and strong commitment to value creation make her an important part of OPX Partners’ growth story in Norway.
