Roles
Intern
For students who want to see what it’s like to work at OPX Partners. This internship program offers the complete OPX Partners experience, from working on client projects to participating in social activities with colleagues.
Associate
For young professionals at the start of their career in management consulting. For young professionals, with less than three years of experience, at the start of their career. You will work closely with clients and more experienced colleagues. In addition to on-the-job training and coaching, you will participate in our associate training program.
Consultant
For candidates with three to five years of work experience from consulting and/or from relevant line positions. Consultants work independently and closely with clients, with guidance from more senior team members. The OPX Partners consultant training program, combined with ongoing feedback from client assignments, ensures further professional development.
Manager
Principal
Principals typically have 10+ years experience and assume the role of a trusted client advisor. Principals support the team- and client work throughout the client change journey and take responsibility for career development of associates and consultants.
Specialist
Specialists in our Operations Team typically have 4-6 years of work experience from either line roles or consulting with functional focus on procurement or supply chain management. You work independently and closely with the client and your team solving hands-on operational challenges together with clients.
Sr. Specialist
Sr. Specialists typically have 6-12 years of work experience with a focus on procurement and supply chain management before joining OPX Partners Operations Team. As a Sr. Specialist, you lead the team- and client work through all phases of the assignment. You coach and support the client team as well as colleagues.
