Associate

The Associate role is our full-time, entry-level position, for recent or soon-to-be graduates. As an Associate, you will work closely with clients and experienced colleagues on a multitude of inspiring projects. We provide tailored professional development through the our associate training program and on-the-job training. The Associate role provides an outstanding platform for growth, allowing you to gradually acquire skills and capabilities that will help you succeed throughout your career.

Internship

OPX Partners’ internship is an eight-week experience for students who have completed at least their first year of university studies. As an Intern, you will be working on a client project, learning core skills in our internship training program, and participating in social activities that strengthen relationships within the OPX Partners team. In addition, you will have the opportunity to contribute with ideas and initiatives to develop the firm – a core part of working at OPX Partners. By the end, you will have gained valuable skills and insights, and truly understand what management consulting at OPX Partners is.
